Finally, our goated sound mod developer is back!
Feel free to use my updated version as the basis. I will also provide any support you need, including a glitch/bug list in the current version

Good news to bring to the sound modding community btw: I Have Got In Contact With The Author of FMOD Bank Tools, Wouldubeinta!
He promised me back in August to improve upon his program, potentially adding support for me to make a integrated one for Enlisted
The FMOD Bank Tools we are using was released back in 2018, but he did make new ones. The latest release was on 19/08/2025, ONE DAY before I contacted him!
I tried the latest version out but it didnāt work with larger banks. Wouldy explained that the program was designed for a 2015 game called Rugby League Live 3, which has bank files top out at 30MB
The author states:
The tools was really only designed for Rugby League Live 3 which only had small bank files and works perfect for that game. I didnāt realise it would be popular with other games.
When I tell him about the problems the latest version of the program has, he says:
Yeah thatās why Iām switing to c++ and scrapping fsbankcl.exe, Iām going to use fsbank.dll instead.
Conclusion: we probably should start crediting his name in all our posts on the mod page, so he would be motivated to continue his development, or, make the entire thing open-sourced!
We couldnāt live without his amazing work, thatās a solid fact
