I’m not saying that they are bright, I’m just telling you what I’ve seen as reactions and what those guys said when I asked them.
I get what you are saying, but I’m telling you with absolutely no doubt that unless you have something that actually impairs their ability to MOVE EFFECTIVELY, (which the blurring and slowing effect does, but particle effects do not), it will make absolutely no difference to them at all.

The difference is the reverse, its a “benefit” to the guy on the machine gun or any team mate nearby.
Makes it harder to return fire if they have trouble seeing through the dust being kicked in their face. Without hampering their ability to seek cover. Effectively “supressing” their ability to return fire to a degree. Even if its a split second, it could be the difference between making the shot, or getting shot
Anyone realising its a killzone will restrict their movement appropriately. No need for artificially doing it. Anyone Who wants to ignore it and lemming can just run out and die (thats its own punishment). no need for artificial snares and swaying (incredibly annoying ).
Smoke screen without smoke. Warthunders a great example of particle effects having a large impact on gameplay…Most people turn it off for the advantage of being able to see when people with it on cannot and the difference is night and day. Ofcourse this should not be an option and should be enforced for everyone.

Problem with suppresion is that ppl often complain it’s a reward for miasing (what is a complete bs).
So I don’t see it implemented in enlisted with so many crybabies.
