So this is pacific allies?

Personally I don’t want crappy prototypes or “”“captured weapons”"""" to fill the japanese faction
It would be a good chance to try asymetrical balance, like 2 tanks as usual for the allies and 3 for the japs, bigger squads of 7-8 man for japanese and more convenient strategic points

How do you have both CBT and full access?

OK then M60 Reising vs Type 4 Rifle

What do you mean it will be the US Marines and Japanese Marine Infantry for the full access pack lol

Well since the File Guadalcanal Minimap were Removed, I think they could fuck it and go for something far.

And also, about the Type 100/44 from last April’s fool

In b4 - pay to win / paywall / bot campaign topics/answers just because.

And “there was no x vehicle or x weapon during that batle”
Muh immersion is ruined is always a must have!

If none of the above don’t even add a new campaign.

looks interesting

Actually I mostly agree with the historical approach since most of the time adding such stuff made the gameplay/ballance worse.
Although that’s personal opinion.

The US Marines are not using carbines on Guadalcanal, Initially all they had were Springfields later on in the campaign some of the follow-on Marine forces were issued with M1 grand

What the photo does show us of course is that their choice of weapons it’s going to be consistently ridiculous regarding historical accuracy

My god that actually looks dope as fuck

For only 30 bucks? Please and tank you.

That’s for real we can order this now?

The Marines did have limited quantity of Johnsons, and the Army who followed the Marines ashore had Garands and Carbines.

Be safe. Do it after they actually announce it.

LVT(A)(1) in Guadalcanal is even less historically accurate than Jumbo in Normandy…

I know about the Johnsons, but just going on memory I thought they didn’t use those until sometime in 43 and for a very limited amount of time

And the US Army as far as I recall never used them, The Johnson’s

From what I read, the Marines got them right after the Dutch East Indies fell. However yes, the Army never used the Johnson, only the Garand and carbine because those were standard issue for them and were good enough.

During the early part of the Pacific war, there was still a lot of Springfields in use, especially for support troops, and they were still of course being used for sniper rifles, The M1 grand was widely used for combat troops during the early part of the Pacific war, but M1 carbines were not wildly available until later in the war, I think my assumption here of course is that the game was supposed to be or I thought it was supposed to be centre around the Guadalcanal timeframe, but the amphibious tanks that they’re obviously including especially for the Marines are way out of that timeframe which suggests that maybe they’re doing some other campaign

PC only for now. Goddammit.
