It would honestly make more sense at this point.
They (devs and the laws they must abide by) are becoming ridiculous.
Imagine a game like the old “counter strike”… but turning pve, because the terrorists faction now becomes illegal to play because some constipated hypocrites ppl laws… 
Enlisted is getting there. Axis will probably becomes computer controlled only if this keeps going.
