You just supported my guess that many on this forum want to reach high levels of multiple factions/campaigns as a F2P player. Ain’t gonna happen chief……nor should it.

i might be one of them, i have some campaign sides maxed out currently. and working for other one as we speak.
in 1 or 2 week time i ill probably finish alies on moscow
but its something i wouldnt do, if i didnt had premium or premium squads/slots…
but again, i agree with you, if i didnt have the time i have after a work day to play. i wouldn’t bought premium and such.

I played with premium and battlepass for 2 months, didn’t even max allies in normandy, where we were stomping 90% of matches and i was top 3 almost always. Are You serious?
So when a new campaign comes out, you expext only paying players to play? So You have matches filled with bots?
If You are commited to single faction in single campaign, and still need 3 months of playing - and i mean more than a reasonable adult would consider wasting on single games, for at least 2 hours to complete battle task, up to 4.
You reasly think You are then one being reasonable here?
I want to be able to play 3/4 campaigns, just one side would be fine
Still that takes 500 hours.
Why would i spent money on premium here if i can get WHOLE ASS GAME WITH NONE OF THIS GRIND.
Why are You normalizing not having fun.
Maybe bot matches really are your thing, i like commanding squad, but a whole ass team is just boring, and matches like that are not uncommon.

That’s awesome…but I doubt that very many new casual players would get that into the game.
I would gues that I play more than most average casual players….today is Sunday, a day off and I just completed my 3rd match of the day (2 on a brand new F2P account).
I have zero interest and am not driven to invest that much time in a video game, however I do enjoy playing a couple of matches everyday.
I don’t think that I’d be going too far out on a limb to speculate that many people on this forum are….what’s a nice way to put this?…….addicted to video games.
Gajin/DF certainly understand this and likely don’t give opinions given here as being that common in the entire playerbase.

It’s only a silly video game.
I’m pretty sure that the vast majority of the playerbase is not nearly as worked up about the recent changes as you are.
There were over 200k unique users back in July 2020, a good percentage of my matches in Normandy now show controller icons, before older gen consoles were brought onto the game, I rarely saw a controller icon on the leaderboard. The game appears to be attracting quite a few new players, most of whom have probably never considered joining this forum, discord or Reddit.
It doesn’t matter one bit if you or I like or agree with the updates, we’re not calling the shots and it really isn’t ur shouldn’t be that big of a deal in our respective lives.

I liked this game, that’s why i played it.
Changes are for the worse. It’s good academy is gone. But now players are more screwed.
So we give feedback here.

That is the new change - no more bronze orders for random soldier - all soldiers must be recruited with silver only.
Bronze orders are now used to increase their levels.
