Yes, NORMALLY… but in Enlisted there’s a strange bug that gives HEAT shells from pz4 premium SAME anti infantry capability and kill radius than HE!!! (Might be the same with jumbo, haven’t witnessed it). It shouldn’t have such blast radius in theory…
