Clan system is needed but custom content support aswell im pretty sure that Gaijin can do both easily
but no they keep focusing resources on adding nonsense graphical improvements and nastier Pay walled events like the halloween and the april fools one

As a player, when I saw this article, I found that there was no news at all. In such a long article, there was a lot of “emotions” attempting to influence players who are not familiar with the relevant work. All the content was just what had been promised in the past 5 to 7 months, and all the content was made only to the minimum standard, with no additional breakthroughs or innovations. Only the “change soldier voice function” had a result shown, but the default soldier outfit did not change with the voice. The reduction in outfit costs still has no trace.

Let’s get back to the point and evaluate and question each item one by one:
① Many of the contents mentioned in the article were suggested and discussed by players on various platforms since 2023. Some parts of the content were commented on by CMs and helpers in October to December 2024, stating that “developers are already discussing them.” They were not recently proposed by players or forwarded to developers.
② Comrade SnowieW expressed his concern about the “map revision work” on the Russian forum 62 days ago. After being spread among the player community, CMs and helpers only created a dedicated area on the forum 13 days ago.
③ The Battle Rating changes that players on the international server like have been running and collecting data on the closed server in the East for a long time. That is to say, this change could have come earlier.
④ Regarding “painting,” the “aircraft painting” has still not been completed.
⑤ Besides the unfinished contents on the 2024-2025 roadmap, there are also the contents promised in the 2022-2023 and 2023-2024 roadmaps by CMs that have not been completed. Please clearly announce whether they have been cancelled, forgotten, or put aside.
⑥ The most desired roadmap features are all the unfinished contents. They have been postponed for too long. Many players don’t even know they were promised. Quite a few players who knew about these unfinished contents have already left. Many times, you claim that different developers will professionally complete their respective tasks. So, why can’t professional developers quickly and excellently complete all of them? Many unfinished tasks do not belong to just one developer.
⑦ AI squadmates: Regarding the first four points, in past update announcements, developers had claimed that these issues had been fixed. Just like many other bugs, why don’t you clearly tell players that developers will prevent such frequently recurring bugs? And hold developers accountable for their mistakes? ! Recently, for instance, bugs like “APC front windshield bug”, “railway track vehicle jamming bug”, “fixed AT gun and stationary tank gun shaking bug”, “AI soldiers insisting on using automatic pistols bug”, “soldiers still holding landmine models after all landmines are placed, thus unable to automatically switch to firearms bug”… and so on, why are these bugs resurfacing? Why do a large number of bugs keep recurring in the past four years? Why can’t developers eliminate most of them?
⑧ Squad experience: We are glad to see this adjustment that is almost a year late (counting from the “merger”). But what about the details? How can new players obtain traditional squads? Will players who have already completed traditional squads receive any compensation after their experience values are adjusted?
⑨ Closing words: Most players will not be happy if their suggestions are only adopted after months or years. Because they have already left. So show “transparency”. Please learn from Comrade SnowieW. Instead of just notifying players: “Your idea has been forwarded”. Instead of no one caring “who received the forwarded message”, and “whether the forwarded message was read by the correct developer and registered in the work schedule”. Not deciding to adopt the suggestion that players have been insisting on repeating only after months/years have passed.
⑩. World War 2 is and will remain the focus of the game: So for the possible distant future, before the “Cold War” arrives. Please give players a rough outline of the development space and blueprint of “Enlisted” in the next 3 to 5 years, and make a commitment in the live stream (no player wants Enlisted to become the second CRSED). So as to give players confidence in the future. In the past 2 to 3 months, there have been too many situations that have made different player groups feel sad and pessimistic. Also, when will the developers release the detailed roadmap for 2025 to 2026?

You can call it a platoon or a company if that works since theres a max of 10 real players in a game. Maybe even a battalion or if that doesn’t work it can change depending on how many people are in the said clan.

ah yes.
those who joined later and started demanding for their own place with their own rules for no reason should be listened opposed to those who have been around since 2021. the same ones who were promised better tools both from the @keofox_ru and @james_groove ex community managers.

but go figure that all of that has died and replaced by the newly community manager whom is the only one who was remotely interested in clans. who is also buddy with most clans.

really convenient isn’t it.

but yes, appealing to a literal tiny minority will only help this game moving forward.

You’re asking for too much when it comes to making a map and if you know how bad the coding equipment is for map makers.

You know most of us have been playing since 2021 right? XD

Edit: plus we want more modding support too and pushed for fixing custom game severs. But sure go off.

It would be great if “placeholder” items such as German AT gun for Japanese and British AT gun for Soviets were either acknowledged as “we’re really sorry we’re working on them hard” or “lol we don’t care about WW2 we forgot about those already”.

(In my personal view though no “placeholders” should be released before work is done and finished and no “little exceptions” should be made like with Su-9 1946)

You tell them but you also forgot to point out this game is 8 years old so it’s not exactly a surprise that some content is so hard to fix because the people who made that code don’t exist anymore.

Bro is mad lmao.

Clans/platoons/regiments/whatever you want to call them builds communities. They’re in like…every multiplayer game ever. Building communities and making friends online improves the player experience. Of course, what this should realistically come with is a way to DM (and block messages), quick invites in games, lobby chat, etc.

Not to mention as major said, it was listed last year for consideration, but now you’re chimping out. Go back to your PVE bot farms in customs.

Focusing on clan content in game that lacks basic social features such as lobby chat or PMs is quite bizarre.

Not to mention Enlisted is everything but a competitive game.


Devs should indeed just focus on improvements for customs and that’s it.
Something like that could be utilized by way more people.

Imo a penalty that prevents people from playing just means they close the game which is counter productive. Better carrot works better than the stick.

For example, I got crew locked in WT cuz a packet loss caused me to crash. Instead of waiting to play, I quit the game and played something else that day.

The clan content being asked for is stuff like a lobby/clan chat and PMs + official clan tags. That’s it. It’s so funny to see people get worked up over wanting a basic social system.

Official clan battles, world map, etc isn’t even on the table or being asked for by clans yet.

Edit: like the two biggest priorities for clans right now are basically social system and better custom game options. People see “clan” and rage out despite these both being popular things.

Don’t even try to push placebo penalties for leaving games like silver penalties etc. They won’t stop anyone from quitting matches, because quitters don’t care about silver that much, it is not their focus.

Here you are dealing with the very serious issue that severely hinders gameplay quality. Once proper map/gamemode filters are implemented, there is no more reason to tolerate people who actively and consistently turn this game into arcady sandbox playground for testing ww2 equipment. This game should be played and based around contesting objectives and fighting for the victory with your team, and not turned into mock sessions where you “dip your toes in the water” for 2 min and then you quit, along with other 8-12 players, effectively invalidating the match for the remainder who stay, wasting their time (or making them quit as well).

As long as the game has this problem, it can’t possible attract new audience and grow.

Timeout penalties (with tolerance for disconnect or emergencies) have to be implemented, so that you can still leave 1 game without any penalty, but you can’t leave multiple in a row. These penalties shouldn’t be too harsh, but they still must be firm deterrence against quitting. E.g. even only 5 min penalty would ensure that player doesn’t constantly leave games, and overall this measure would immensely improve the gameplay experience.

That’s because so many other departments have been ignored for so long and yet for some magical reason the new one gets the attention.

So when it comes to mod makers or so many people asking for so many other things it makes sense.

Clans haven’t gotten any new attention tho? It popped up on the roadmap for consideration a year ago and we’ve seen nothing else since then.
