SITREP №1 - Operation "Transparency"

to be fair, not all clans are like this.

but most sure are.

Wow, why they think they so important then? I always see like at least 6 full modded servers at all times.

technically more.

and i do keep pointing out that modders provide more content for the playerbase AND clan them selves.
even in a week than their own matches in a whole year.

but they do not like that.

and apparently, somehow enlisted developers thinks that appeasing to clans is more beneficial than appeasing literally those who make content for everyone else.

p.s. i’m also in a clan my self.
technically few. but that doesn’t count either apparently.

Little bit of everything. There are milsim clans, modding clans, competitive clans, casual clans, etc.

A while back we created the Clan Hub as a place for clans to gather and hang out. It has been used to organize events (such as the SJ tournaments), teach new players, coordinate feedback, and perform testing/help to CM’s/helpers when requested.

That does sound fun. I really like making and playing large scale milsim type mods.

the EMC are always welcoming fellas with modding interest and or knowledge.

you might want to talk with Graveroober over our discord to get in contant and / or… recruitment stuff.

Now you’re just stereotyping because yes they have problems but there is some good.

tbf, I aint into clan stuff, but leave them be, I get why your angry but we have to remember this is still the years before roadmap, and even then the clan stuff was only in the considered category.

I would like to think that modding assistance will come overtime anyway, especially since it benefits everyone. Clans in particular really benefit from modding actually.

Now dont get me wrong, I think the big name clans are too sweaty and toxic, however, 99% are just groups of friends who like to have their own camp to chat and whatnot in.

All the clan system in game should be is a tag on your name and an in game chat menu in the lobby, something that would lead into a global chat in the lobby which many people want anyway.

that’s my issue.

it’s more of a vanity thing and chasing trinkets for validation more than actually contributing to the enlisted eco system.

content > vanity over other players

( p.s not even remotely angry. trust me, you’ll know when i’ll be ).

and as i said, not all clans are bad.

but you don’t see modders running around for validations " hey look at me ".
they instead put up with these bses from years with no actual support.

last time mods got something was 3 years ago.
and last time mods digest were hosted ( TO REWARD THOSE WHO ACTUALLY MAKE STUFF FOR OTHERS RATHER THAN BRAG ABOUT THEMSELVES ) was 2 years ago.

i wouldn’t consider my self a modder.
or at least, a good one.

but it does not justice for those who actually are capable and spend most of their time with others in mind rather than themselves.

i rest my case.

these messages will probably be removed either way for one reason or another.

I think its less validation, and more just a badge of pride at worst.

Its a super simple system, it really shouldn’t take any length of time. And it doesnt harm anyone either.

Saying that yeah, I think we should push for a mods digest again.

oh wow looking at this situation mmmm

I wonder why greyparrots isnt permabanned yet if your this statement is 100% correct and the fact that he just like to set fires everywhere

ironic hehe, while at the end of the day the comments a lunatic dont alert any of the mods
while for some funny reason ur comments got deleted

i suppose either showing how easy some uniforms are to make in my own basement with the editor could have upsetted some people and made a huge target on the back of my head,

or showing receits and giving sassy response to sassy individuals is not very apreciated.
which, their comments stays up. mine don’t.

eh, i can live it with it.

but double standards i suppose.

anyway, i overstayed my welcome.
have a lovely continuation

or maybe mods hate you i guess

why??? Idk but having hundreds of deleted comments is not normal

give PC players an option to disable crossplay because if i have a team full of console players im gonna keep deserting unless I get hardware banned

Don’t blame console players for your own inadequacies.

I’ve played with some excellent console players.

Sure, they don’t have mouse and keyboard, but they still play the game the same.

Strange example, but cool.

PLEASE - we finally need a text chat option for both the lobby (so we can finally use INGAME means to communicate and coordinate setups with our friends) AND we need a friends text chat option in the battle (that is one beside the “team text chat”) so we can specifically communicate things our friends (that we are grouped up with for heaven sake). I do not always want to “spam” the team text chat with something they will not care about.

This has been asked so often now over the past years :sob:

I honestly rather have had those two text chat options than jets in the game!

That’s not good idea. You’d just trade console players for bot teams.

You wouldn’t really be helping yourself.

I would love to have AI teams, as BR5 Soviets since earlier today have become completely unplayable. Without running events veterans see no interest in playing anymore and i am left with players that are leagues below bots.
They don’t build rallies/spawn apcs, don’t try to defend/attack, don’t try to flank and destroy rallies/apcs, only plane pilots are trying to hunt down tanks. Actually i haven’t seen many tanks either just one or two IS-2 1944 and that’s it. While Germany is spamming tanks 24/7.
After wave of good matches as Soviets in past two weeks and actually reaching and beating GER WR now my WR is going down again. I guess it’s time to switch to Americans or Japan.
Or maybe it’s not just lack of events but also recent FG42 II buff :skull:
