On a few but then it was mostly just Wurfrahmen mounted to the side so not sure if that counts.

Panzerwerfer should definitely stay at BR4. But its almost reserve should be increased to something like 10/50.

M8’s are super weak rockets with a small blast radius. Probably second weakest rocket in the game if I had to guess
