I like your hangars and this point is the only drawback compared to the original, although it is not necessary.

It doesn’t show .bat and other file types because their display disabled in folder settings.

What I did was simple.
I took an existing folder, copied it.
Deleted all content in it and changed the name to userGameMods.
Afterwards I put the file inside and launched the game.
Works.

Two screenshots please? I want be sure that folder with correctly name and in correctly area.
Also want be sure that hangar in files. Would be good if screenshot will contains also path to game.

Try remove .blk in name?
I think it should work because you have disabled file types/formats.
And your real file name probably is hangar.blk.blk. And game don’t understand what you try to do.
You can enable file type display by pressing one option in Widok:

I… think i could be because of special symbols in the path. As i see there is something like Uzytkownicy (dont know what it means, but the “z” in that word is a “special letter” and maybe the game does not recognise it. I think such letters were the problem of a chinese friend of mine too. The game did not recognise the path because of special letters…
