Very happy and thankful you guys did this. I was able to get some of the event squads i missed. Still missing a few. Glad youll be bringing back these loot boxes in the future. Keep up the good work

I opened 30 boxes in the first days, then 3-4 boxes every day. I think that’s 70 boxes in total. There are no squads. I’m actually missing a lot of squads. I think I can get 18 teams out of the box for me. I’ve given up, I’m not buying any more boxes. I’m fed up. I feel cheated. There has to be a maximum. Like, say, 50 boxes, one set guaranteed.

With the current drop rates you have to expect to buy atleast 100 before a squad appears. It atleast averages out to 1 for every 100. I’ve gotten 2 squads with 200 boxes. First one was around 70. Second was around 200. Ive seen other similar averages with people who spent a ton of silver.
Okay, today I got pretty lucky.
I pulled SAS squad and last vehicle I have been missing (skin for JU 188)
Which means, I have all vehicles and nearly all squads. (The last squad I am is Japanese fuel bomb plane, but since I already bought its premium equivalent. I really don’t need it)
I am so happy.

How I wish that I had millions of surplus silver laying around from playing the game for two years straight, so I I could have a 20% chance of getting a squad from these. It’s too bad I can’t just pick which one I want to buy, or at least choose what faction/army that I want to gamble for.
I’m a “veteran” of this game and I barely have enough silver to gamble with.

E.g. I was on the Japanese store when I opened those

@James_Grove couple of general feedback points:
1.) If you have earned all rewards from a category, the value of the box drops dramatically since the odds are fully transferred over to silver gain. The odds should be distributed at least partially towards other high value categories. Example: you have gained vehicles, soldiers and squads. Before that, you had ~12% chance for a valuable drop, after that only 3% with weapons category. The odds of the weapons drop should (in this example) be increased to 5-6% range and rest to silver. Otherwise you should drop the price of the box in those cases, because the value drop is quite extreme (-75%). I’m not even asking for this to be fully smoothed, just to be made less crazy.
2.) Construction hammers should be removed from the weapons drop. If you wanna include them, then put them as a part of the decal drop. This is essentially an infantry skin with no functional benefit, also it’s extremely annoying to get one of these from a 3% drop.
3.) Decal drops should weigh the odds based on how many similar decals or decorators you already have. Not fully remove the odds, but shift the likelihood to gaining something you dont have. Nobody needs 6 rudolf the red nose reindeer decals.

It’s only around for several more days. Might as well see if you get lucky. And just make more silver after its gone for buying things. Also probably a good idea to just save up a bunch of silver for next time. I’ll probably have a few mill by the time we get another box

A few million silver in less than ten days, how? I barely make 12k silver from one match with a premium account and boosters. Like I’ve said in an earlier post, you have to basically no life this game to have a chance of getting anything from these. Not everyone that wants old event items has time for that.
If the drop rates don’t improve with the next line of boxes, I guess I will just have to be out of luck… The bottom line for me right now is it’s just not worth that much of my time. Not sure if we will even get a new crate right after this current one anyways.
Also name orders should either be removed or changed to appreance orders. Nobody needs 130 name orders
