My sophisticated guess would be fair share of players are around BR3 +1 / -1, guess based on the average skill levels of average players.
So I im fairly sure the average joe wouldnt be very pleased to find out that hes now fighting against ppsh’s fedorovs or mkb42’s.
Regardless, even if he had acces to SA rifles.
Sure, il grant that if SA rifles got massive buff and got a near BA dmg they would be capable to compete with the guns suggested to move down to BR4. But in current terms ? Not even close.
And such buff would create just another problem between BR2 - BR3.
So rather than fixing the problem here this seems to just make it worse across the BR’s.
Sure move those guns that are just pointless skip guns at BR5 to BR4, but for obvious reasons lock the BR4 - BR5 together then.
Agreed on drum mag smg’s but not for assault rifles. As far as queues go just make the queues 1-2,3-4 and then 5
