Really seems to me that us console players are treated as second class gamers. I know that’s Gaijin’s MO anyways, but I was hoping Darkflow would do better
I mean shoot, we aren’t even able to access the test server for arguably the biggest update since the game became available to download. Meanwhile games like COD easily have been letting consoles access beta tests of their games for years at this point. Like dang, at least not just leave us practically in the dark and forced to ask other people, who also tend to view us as second class and “lesser” players, who have access to it what in the world is happening. Maybe we’d like to see it firsthand for ourselves and form our own, more complete opinions on things and give our voice on it. Instead of just commenting on others opinions. But whatever I guess. No real hope that anything’ll change. Mainly just voicing my frustrations at a company that seems to not give a flying flip about a sizable portion of their playerbase

It is too hard on the consoles. Too many controls and not enough buttons.
in addition to this,in darkflows infinite wisdom,they can’t just let console players buy squads from the Gaijin store,and these huge discounts are not available on the PS and Xbox stores,so we are being scammed out of double the money on some squads that PC players would pay

That’s a Gaijin problem, not a Darkflow problem. Gaijin is extremely prejudiced against all console players. No Gaijin Store, no custom skins, no custom reticles, nothing of any kind except what we can research from the TT’s and what we can buy with money at this very moment
Plenty of tanks that have been removed that I would LOVE to have in WT, no way to obtain them cause, “ew, console filth? Gross go away. Screw you”

It’d help if we could do button combos to assign to actions, such as L1+whatever for example. Unfortunately we’re stuck with 1 button and a set up for that button. Long press, quick press, on release, etc and while this helps alleviate the problem, the issue still remains. Plus it gives rise to new issues such as what I call button clashing where when multiple things are assigned to one button, one or all of those actions cease to function for whatever reason. I couldn’t replenish ammo on constructions for the longest of time. There for a while, none of us could interact with constructions until we either redesignated it or waited for the fix. And yes, there are limitations on what a controller can and cannot do due to limited real estate, and issues such as this are bound to come and show their ugly head every so often. Still it took forever for those fixes to come. Parts of the game literally hard locked from us and we didn’t know why and had to screw around ourselves to figure out how to essentially hot fix it till the devs finally got around to doing it
But those are a bit more minor grievances in my mind. My main, glaring problem is the spit in our face of

And then completely ignore us when we ask why. Shoot one dude took the effort to move this post from Suggestion to Mess Hall and didn’t bother saying anything about it. Despite the fact I think it should be in suggestion as a way to tell the devs to clean up their act. Or at least a call to action for the rest of us to voice our dissatisfaction at being tossed to the wayside and not given any compensation for being left out

yes exactly,just because we don’t want to spend an exorbitant price on PCs and relearn how to control everything,we are being scammed over huge price points and only getting “sorry,no discount on PS/xbox store” and “no,the sale is on Xbox/playstation”,just telling us to suck it up and pay what,25$ more than what some PC player is getting for some of the best premium squads in the game,the firefly,the MG13 drum,MG42 early,BAR,and other squads disappearing after the merge?say you wanted to get 4 squads disappearing after the merge,if you are on console,you will have to magically come up with 200$ for them as most are 50$(way too overpriced),but if you are on PC,you only have to pay 100$,as the price has gone down to about 25$ a squad.Gaijin needs to get their act together and just make console and PC players on even ground,it is not that difficult to do that.

If Gaijin could stop discriminating against us? Paradise. World peace. World hunger would disappear. So they refuse to do so to keep the world in constant conflict so they have new vehicles to add to top tier every couple of years
They can’t let you buy from the store other than Xbox\PS and give you the same discounts due to how Microsoft and Sony treat their sales terms. Not Gaijin’s fault here actually.
my man, you are literally crying about consoles being locked down. You paid for a device that you do not own, it is effectively owned by Sony/Microsoft. And they basically say “no user generated content allowed” and “all money goes through us”
I shouldn’t be discriminated against simply for what platform I choose to use
else pc are the easiest device to get and send bugs
