38b HEAT shells would still have less pen than the 50mm Puma, but at least with 38c it would go up to 115mm of potential armor pen so it wouldnā€™t be completely worthless

I think this will only become an unpopular event vehicle like the whirlwind, chi-ha-kai, AAs.

I personally think event trash is better than event meta.

Technically the pen on the Gr.38 Hl/b is currently wrong and should be 87mm instead of 80mm. But anyway, yeah.
