IMOP, I would much rather have a four man level one Jeep then then a three man Motorcycle, even if they can’t be used for spawning. The Jeep for one thing would handle so much better then the Motorcycle, which in the game, motorcycles handle like crap.
NTM that Jeeps with all factions were used far more then the the Tricycles, and the Dev’s already have each factions Jeeps, I use them all the time on the shooting range.
At that point Rider and APC Driver classes should just get merged into Driver Class.

unless you let bikes spawn 3 troops not at a time at all unless it takes 30 second or more per 3 man group
jeeps can spawn 4 to 5 men then wait 30 seconds
trucks 9 men and half tracks 7 to 9 id let nine slide
i would not you can hide jeeps or bikes inside buildings, a beep to give them away might me too much but than what to balance their small size

I think the idea behind a driver class is that it incorporates both APC /Truck spawns, plus other driver class vehicles. Such as jeeps, bicycles, etc.

of course light truck/jeeps/trikes/cars ect were a major part
it gives infantry mobility without stepping on the toes of tanks and apcs
it lets riders move up to higher brs making them no longer low br limited
ya some amphibious ones would be great for flanking like the german duck car (pretty sure allies had this as well xD)
Also if rider turned into driver class then that would be awesome all we need to do is edit it so that there a limit of one driver per class
so 1 driver per motorbike class and 1 driver per jeep class 
also the apc man would be turned into the driver class as well
again a driver class would have squads that could spawn an those that cant read above posts for suggestion the positives and negatives
but recap no for bikes and jeeps spawning
I would make Unarmed jeeps carry more troops, maybe even 6, since they can be crowded,
but a Armed one will carry 4. just my opnion anyway.
also remenber to enable ryder squads spawn in infantry like APC,s squads do. it can be very usefull even for a motorcycle depending the situation.

yes TT APCs is a must and the Trucks can be moved to BR I also and the APCs should be BR II.
