Well we trusted Gaijin with War Thunder and then they’ve added this:
Enlisted was supposed to be Historically accurate game and now it have become a sad joke and no longer cares about history as Gaijin just half asses everything outside of maps that look pretty authentic but then they allow to spawn you with ahistorical squads/weapons/vehicles.

As far as I know, the devs want to keep it WWII. We should encourage them to keep doing so.
Doesn’t war thunder have an option to disable non-historical skins anyway, so you can’t see a-historical skins or gooner skins if you don’t want to?
I think that has been asked for here before. Was it Veekay or someone who suggested an option to disable visual cosmetics?

Both are Gaijin games, let’s not pretend that they are not Gaijin devs, so it doesn’t really matter to me what you will say i had contact with old fired veteran ex-CM. He knows way more about the game’s state than you as a mod, i don’t think they are telling you anything, you are just a police officer/janny to keep forum safe/clean.
Plus anything can change in span of months/years, just look what they are adding to the game now - map filter that will completely kill last few remaining ounces of HA it won’t be just Tigers at Stalingrad but Me262+Tiger2+Stg44 in Moscow, Stalingrad, Rzhev, Normandy, Tunisia and also around new map.
Anyway i don’t believe they will go that far but changes are making me kinda worried what may happen in next few years once they want to leave past ww2.

They said they will consider adding this feature after they received very negative feedback on deamon Sherman.
But since they later just added second more realistic camo to the tank. I don’t think they’re planning to add such feature in any near feature.
They didn’t even add it to the updated road map.
I have no idea why Veekay is acting like they said they’ll definitely add it. Because that’s not the case.
