If they assign the PPSh-obrez to the partisan class and give the Germans something else, then that would be fine. I also want a full-fledged partisan branch with different “obrezes” and homemade guns.

Mafia would honestly make the most sense for the Allies. At least historically speaking, since the Allied actually worked with the Mafia during the invasion of Italy.
