With that small tiny cannon it is obvious that this tank cannot do any damage to enemy armor, but should focus on enemy infantry.
Now this tank is equipped with 29 APCBC ammo (useless in Stalingrad), 28 HEAT ammo and 7 smokes.
My suggestion is to completely replace 29 APCBC ammo with 29 HE ammo.
Not the size matters but technique.
Its situational.
If you get a APCBC round pen the after pen damage is critical (1 shot)
Better for light armor
Certainly dont need many, but i often take advantage of the quick reload to sneak one of these into a side shot or light vehicle.
I mean if i could choose my ammo id probably take all HEAT and 5 APCBC
still trash. i may lazer through t-70 or KV-1 also being able to smash infantry while APHE is just a joke
Yes it is. But for that 1 moment its good, id keep a round or 2. Same reason I take 5 rounds of HE in warthunder
so basically 0.00001% of all situations.
Better to not need it and have it, than need it and not have it 
better to just take 60 HEAT and destroy everything while poking your nose, just like 90% of gamplay

This is one of the best tanks in this game.
