Don’t worry about it.
I won the aerial battle in most situations with two Me 262 and a Fw 190 D-12 rotation.
It’s fatal if miss the plane, but the 30mm x4 that can be broken down right away if hit the plane is really very powerful.

not any worse than other BR2 machineguns, if you invest in recoil perks and make it a habit to crouch with it, its very manageable especially considering the lower ROF it has (500rpm versus 600+ rpm of other german MGs)
I am pretty sure these are postwar though. Well the 22 was built for the first time in March 1945 so maybe. But the 24 is from 1946.
The two main Griffon Spitfire from WW2 are the 14 and 18 which are quite comparable to the 9 (faster but less manœuvrable)

In typical Darkjin fashion, out of the gazillion War Thunder vehicles, they choose something that is “real” but also “never saw use in WW2”.
- Only one prototype was ever built
- Production never occurred
- Never accepted into Luftwaffe service
- The single prototype was reportedly scrapped or destroyed
If I was to choose planes for an event, my top picks would be:
- German BR3 fighter with a bomb used in WW2
- Any BR1-3 event plane used in WW2 WITH SQUAD for Japan to be able to cycle them like Americans do
- Something cool looking and used in WW2
- Maybe Allies and Japanese equivalents of Ju-188/Tu-2, used in WW2
B-25 Mitchell?
Ki-67 Hiryu?
(I am no airplanes expert though)

The Spitfire got a bomb but it’s still at BR2 ? Don’t get me wrong, I love the upgrade, but let’s be honest, this is the best Spitfire for dogfights AND it has a bomb… seems like BR3 material.
For the Bf109, I guess this is an improvement.

Fair enough sounds balanced Japan gonna play only infantry US only planes I like how the balance is going
To be honest now its the best event reward ever this plane. From a not interesting event now it turned to a 10 star event.

Could you also seize this change to have the Bf 109s re-balanced? Because the K-4 is not far superior to the Z-1 and it is at BR V, also the G-10 is BR V and it has no bombs, the G-6 is BR and it only has 4 x 50kg bombs and finally the worse of all, the F-4/Trop is BR III with no bombs and only a 20mm cannon to show for it, as compared to the far superior Fw 190 A-8 sitting in the same squad and in the same BR, with more cannons, more performance and 2 x Wr. Gr.21 rockets, like a “You vs the guy she tells you not to worry about” situation going on here :c
Edit: Also, while I’m here, a friendly reminder that the P-38E is still BR III with no rockets and worse flying performance than the G that is at BR II, I think plane balances REALLY needs a check-up
