Other clipper-fed rifles fight BR4 rifles for ages, the Type 4 and Johnson were BR4 to begin with.
So a clipper-fed SVT38 would do as about fine as the others.
First of all, BR rifles should be compared against each other and then by others.
Everything else would cause issues.
