Tankers rarely used their small arms so whole stg would be wasted. Also tank crews rather used lighter and smaller weapons

dispersion in general is a problem on basically all firearms not just the STG, if your sights are on target you should hit up to 100m distance, with the exception of pistols and some cheap smgs, because thats how it was in real life.

Agree, SMGs should be able to shoot 100m accurately(about 0.3 dispersion), rifles and LMGs should be able to shoot 600m accurately(0.05 dispersion), ARs should be able to shoot 300m accurately(0.1 dispersion).

I would make some allowance for the not-so-large size of the maps. We never need to shoot at 300-600 meters.
Therefore, the spread may be a bit larger than in real life. However, now it is higher than adequate by at least 30-40%

If there is no wind, I can hit a barrel at 100m distance with my airsoft rifle 10 out of 10 times no miss.

The spread in this game is incredibly unrealistic, not as bad as battlefield games, still not portrayed great in my opinion.

Of course, at a distance where many of the smg in this game are accurate I can shoot and hit with my nerf blaster, which we usually mess around with friends.

all I am trying to say is that 100m is not that much, however in this game it kinda seems like everything beyond 50 meters is a job for a marksman, which is ridiculous.

Another thing that pisses me off is that they give MKB42H 0.15! dispersion in Stalingrad and do nothing about MP43. I don’t think 0.15 dispersion is too accurate, I just think that this kind of making money doesn’t look so good and honest. Let alone nobody knows whether they would nerf MKB42H in the future or not

My idea: SMGs should be able to shoot 60m accuractely(0.6 dispersion), rifles and LMGs should be able to shoot 300m accurately(0.1 dispersion), ARs should be able to shoot 150m accurately(0.25 dispersion)

Or just get rid of entire dispersion and add recoil to compensate it.
SMG’s dmg at 300m is what, 2 ? Id say thats more than enough to not encourage people to snipe with smg.

I don’t know whether devs have realised by themselves, but by keeping nerfing the accuracy of fullautos they are actually encouraging high levels players to play tanks, planes and explosives.
