After the recent changes with PPSh-41 (box) PPSh has lost its only advantage - accuracy, compared to its 3rd BR counter parts.
As you may see here (all info was taken from Euthymia’s table) PPSh-41 (Box) has the worst TTK out of all its counterparts from this BR.
Also unlike someone else i will make it clear that:
BTK - is Bullets To Kill (i took amount of health with vitality perk - 13,5)

So back to the suggestion part of this topic
I suggest: to buff PPSh-41 (Box) to the level of ZK-383 and by that i mean to change it’s damage to 6,8 and its dispersion to 0,53.
As additional suggestion - i suggest to buff M1928A1 Thompson by making it’s dispersion lower, by making it somewhat closer to it’s enemies counterparts.
Enlisted is not COD. Soldiers are not bullet sponges. The TTK difference you speak of is extremely negligible. To the point you couldn’t tell difference in game, outside of some data sheet.
Not to mention it has several advantages. Which you haven’t bothered to mention at all.
Such as bigger mag capacity, highest rof.
And I have no clue why did you hide recoils completely.
Finally Soviet Early BR SMGs will understand how OP they been for the past years… it was time there was some balance to the OP soviet weapons in early BRs. The Event was the best thing that happened since it showed how allies bias smgs where… and not gonna mention planes or tanks.
PPsh41 box doesn’t need buff as long as Soviet still has body armor. Funny that you even have BTK listed.
The outlier is actually tommy .30, which already has enough event reruns to be listed as a regular BR3 weapon.
Dang i though that this forum liked such tables and comparing numbers, but jokes aside it seems that no one here (seems to include me also) are not thinking rationally and objectively, all i see here is a pure hatred and rage, some angry comments of some people can be put in the frame named “The face of the community”, well and before i wash my hands, i somewhat see that with this hate filled community game will have troubled future…
if you included all numbers then yes. but you cherry picked few numbers where it seemed like ppsh41 is at disadvantage compared to german BR3, even though it is one of the best BR3 SMG in the game.
if you want to compare guns, then all stats and not just damage/TTK at 10m.

here are advantages and disadvantages of both guns:
zk383 advantage
damage/TTK against vitality till 11.5m
better dispersion
better damage drop off (but really doesnt matter on effective smg range)
ppsh41 advantage:
damage/TTK against no vitality
damage/TTK against vitality past 11.5m
larger magazine
predictable recoil dir(0.4 means it will always go right, while 0 means it will be random left or right)
slightly faster reload(really doesnt matter)
also soviets have access to body armor which can negate any damage advantage for german guns.
