And not from 100+ meter while it ( or alternativly your own tank due to bug) wiggles around and the enemy is looking for you in a duel where you need to shoot first. This means aiming is a non issue for those shoots.

My requirements for the tank are functional destruction and firepower vacancy.

Thanks, we totally did not know the 50mm cannon can pen KV and many other tanks as well as we totally did not know its post pen dmg is broken as fk and has been so for years.
Shooting at that turret cheek literally takes over 20 hits at best to get rng post pen detonation.
If only there was a way to replace the gunner, like moving another member of crew there. But clearly there isnt so you do have a very valid point as your arguments usually are.
Irony here is that even a BR5 tanks are easier to take out with AT weapons than KV.
And the reason for asking it to move up in BR is exactly the fact that this tank can bully low BR players that doesnt have a slightest clue about the game or proper ways to combat it.

Later panz 4 and tigers came and take them out allmost without any oposition,mostly couse of excellent communication,better optics,a gun capable of killing on 1,5-2 km, and armour that could withlast direct hits from them in german range of fighting 500m-1500m
Specially the tiger series is build for that,while pnz4 would engage the incoming t34 s in closer combat,leaving the far superiour tigers a chance not to fight closequartars.
