Apparently, the developers, as always, made some nonsense and nerf not only the HE, but also all the shells…
T 34 85 in Berlin cant one shot pz 4 j…
I know but people would hate marder for being open and not having machine gun, Panzer IV F2 would seem to be overkill for first t-34s, and stug III would probobly get short barrel and no mg or turret so seems like a bad trade, and you would get even less ammo…
The intresting choices would be probobly those ones if open top/open completly
I would gladly pay for open top and lack of MG for 105mm HE

When they change HE value it probobly effects all high explosive in game, after all when they first buffed HE for small calliber tanks as they said, it buffed all HE, made arty and planes redicoulus, so i gues after they nerfed it they also nerfed all APHE
