I have been playing the game a good amount lately, and I want to bring up a point that has been bugging me. Tanks. In one match in Normandy campaign, I hit an enemy tank 27 times. In different spots , front back side rear, you name it. Then it finally turns and hits me…ONE SHOT ??? How is this fair? I understand that in history tanks are made different in different countries but for game play wise, it’s a big disadvantage.
And also, how can my tank shot not kill a tank, but a dude can throw an explosion pack by my tank and blow it up??? Or even the op axis tank that I cant seem to blow up, one explosive pack and it’s done. How is the armor of the tank not stopping a grenade blast? This seems like a big oversight to me. Even more so since you have classes with rpgs, bazookas etc. So why make the grenades so OP ? I enjoy the idea if the person had to literally get on top of the tank, interact with the tank to get a small timer, to throw in a grenade inside the tank. That makes sense ! Giving a chance to defend it. Even more so since alot of your maps can not be flanked properly
which brings me to my second point… the attacking teams have limited respawns, and defense does not. So why is it on alot of your maps, the grey zone (Out of bounds zone) Is sooooooo close to the point, as an attacking team, we should be able to flank a point wider then that, some zones are literally 50 ms by the point, and the defenders can’t be flanked. You really need to extend the zones on some maps. Even when defending, some zones are so close, they can put a rally point there, and no one can touch it… that’s just not fair in my eyes. But yeah this is my my opinions.
Haber, it shows that you are a relatively new player, so I will explain the tanks have different types of guns and armor, some have guns that lack power, others lack armor, depending on the tank you have you can destroy enemy armor with more easily, now using the “x-ray” option you can see where the tanks store their ammunition, if you aim there, you will destroy it with a single shot, the demolition packages are very effective against the armor, throw them next to them to destroy them, anti tank weapons are also very effective, being able to destroy armor in one shot if aimed at the right place, now against tanks that camp in the gray zone, the best thing to do is use a plane and destroy it or mark it so that is destroyed by a teammate, you can also use the smoke artillery to be able to flank it and regarding your 2 point, I agree with you.
This game is not BF3 BF5 or BF1942,there is not a bar on the enemy tank to show hit point which could be effected by any cannon,if you can not penetrate enemy`s armour in enlisted,your hit would be useless. The unfair part of the game is not focus on the complaint that a light tank could not destory a tiger,but match many veterans (who may not good at skill but unlocked much more advanced weapons) with new players(who showed enough valour in earlier battles but lack of advanced weapons )
2.Aggreed,it’s necessary to expand battle space for attacking team,make it possible to take some flank tactics to search and destroy enemy rally points,especially the A point of airport in Normandy.
There’s no need to make it any harder for the Axis team to win in Airfield. It’s already hard enough as it is, with even more space to flank the Axis would almost never win there.
its all well and good with the diffrint guns and armor… but even a lightly armored tank, and withstand shells if angeled, execpt that dosent work here… sicne gaijin apprently thinks that germans tanks were made of freaking paper
An ordinary grenade rendered the tank unusable. This is bullshit. Also, while playing the game today, the tank couldn’t get past a small trench. He got stuck in the trench. However, pallets are not in the air. Really needs to be fixed
