What gastanofrizzi is saying is that the act of exposing a player here because you had a beef with someone in game is also against the forum rules.
All you have to do is report his behavior in-game. If he harassed you in a very bad way, you should send a direct message to Darkflow support or a moderator.

The player has broken the rules, I hope you have reported it in the game, that would help a lot, although the forum is not a place to report, we appreciate that you have at least done so.
