Premium vehicles

What premium vehicles are good? I’ve heard the Firefly and Jumbo are good. I also heard that you shouldn’t buy aircraft.

What campaign, which side?

Any campaign really.

Also any side

Firefly, StuG, Panzer IV HEAT, Commie M4, T34E and Commie M3.

Thanks

I wouldn’t really recommend any premium vehicles. If you’re absolutely adamant on buying a vehicle though at least the rocket vehicles are significantly different from anything you will unlock via progression.

Well, lets see.

Tunisia - Panzer III N - can be fun imo, i dont have it in Tunisia, but love it in Stalingrad.
Matilda - is Unique as they didnt added it in TT and imo should be fun vehicle unless you have to fight Panzer IV F2 and maybe Pz-III N, but don’t have it so don’t take my word on it, it’s more WT experience, soo it may differ from Enlisted.

Stalingrad - Cant really say tbh, dont own any of vehicles and didnt really seem them in battle to say how good or bad they are, but as they are opentop vehicles, they are more MEME imo, i can be wrong through.

Berlin - M4A2 is fun, 50. cal shreads infantry, 76mm gun is nice and when they are finally gonna add stabilised guns, it will imo become really nice tank to have in Berlin. I dont have Su-100 but its just upgunned Su-85 with better armor, so if you like TD playstyle, why not.
Panzer IV is just same as Default one, only with fancy sideskirts.
And others are TD, so idk if its your playstyle or not, but Jagdpanther can be imo good, but dont have it so dont take my word for it.

Normandy - Premium Jumbo is good and nice, but only difference to TT Jumbo is, it has APCR ammunition.
M24 offers unique tank, light tank with 75mm gun, but no armor, you need to use it as ambusher or flanker.
M4 Calliope is Sherman with shitload of rockets.
Firefly, upgunned Sherman, Pretty much same as regular one, just with 17 pounder.
Churchill III - nice unique tank with not bad gun, but is slow and Armor cant really stand a chance against anything Germans have.
15 cm Pz. W.42 - meme vehicle with Nebelwerfer rockets and MG 42, it has no to little armor, but i dont have it so cant say how effective or not it is.
Panzer IV J is just same as one in TT.
Stug III G - If you like TD’s go for it, but beware, it has no MG.
Panzer III M - Can’t really say, it has pretty weak gun against high end equipment, soo its up to you.

Moscow - Panzer IV ans Stug have HEAT Ammo, so they are worth it imo.
M3 Lee is about only thing that is worth it on Soviet side.

Also i would advise you to wait for some sales, they should be in May.

Thanks I’ll take it into account.

Panzer IV HEAT is pretty sweat and waiting for the F2 can take some time.

Yeah I was planning to buy one or two when the next deals are available. Thanks for the detailed rundown.

pz3n in tunisia one of the best premiums

Alright thanks

Yeah it seemed pretty good

if you are playing normandy allies (cough masochist) and dont use planes much, then firefly is a must have to counter panthers and tigers.

Go to each one and try them in the practice range. Never buy before you try. Read the advice from everyone but make sure you know the capabilities via practice range.

Issue is that tanks are hard to test on fire range apart from penetration because the dummy tanks have no crews inside and you mostly kill tanks by killing the crew.

It is.

Only axis tank able to… “tank”. It has an additional armour layer, which makes it resists most allies guns. It’s a support vehicle however, so if you meet a Shermy, prepare for a funny joust of ping pong.

I enjoy the premium vehicles I’ve bought, they’re not always better but they are fun to use.

I’ve got the firefly and pz4j in Normandy. The firefly is great; it’s main gun is the best allied anti-tank gun in Normandy, while still giving decent performance against infantry. The downsides are a slow reload, and a smaller 4 man crew.

The pz.4j is pretty much the same as the campaign version; except it’s got additional armor in the form of tracks placed in key locations, improving survivability. I wouldn’t have bought it if it didn’t come in a bundle with the firefly.

The rocket tanks are fun too, real glass cannons: if you can get into a good firing position they can be absolutely devestating.

The ba-11 in Moscow is great fun: it’s got the standard 45mm that can punch thru most German armor, and its odd shape makes it hard to kill if you’re not familiar with it. The gun turret is pretty high, so it’s easier to find good hull-down positions to fire from.

The Sherman in Berlin is also great; good performance against tanks and infantry, and it’s the only tank on the campaign with a .50cal on the roof. I prefer it to the t34-85, but I’ve got a thing for Shermans.

The flame tanks in Stalingrad are situational, but have the potential to completely break an enemy strong point if you can survive long enough to get close.

The m13/40 in Tunisia is a slightly worse version of the free tank you unlock in the campaign: the m14/41. It’s a little slower, which makes it almost unbearable to drive especially if there’s an incline. I mainly got it for the funny hats.

Id go for jagdpanther in berlin if i were you , or dicker max because those are the newest ones therefore they wont be on discount that soon

all premium vehicles are expensive and overpriced but these two will give you good firepower and there are more expensive vrhicles than these that are not that good

ofc all vehicles are suited to their respective campaign

but since dicker max is without roof , its 50/50 if gameplay with it will satisfy you, but it has the largest german cannon in the game

all other vehicles are not worth it now, wait for sale

pz4 E with heat in moscow is good example of good tank that has to be discounted and then its worth it
