Cant say anything about Normandy since havent experienced it as an whole. But dont the Allies have Thompson as one example and better fighter planes from what ive heard or that P- something ? But it seem that the FG42 is dominating hard and affects the game ? if so there should be something for sure to get the war on even terms. Perhaps an big bombing plane would suffice ?
Idk how the maps looks so cant tell but if they can snipe across the map and its much open terrain well then. Guess they are good in all ranges to how see them ?

Might be only tiny difference for some but when it comes down to brass taxes it can be huge for others
