Sd.Kfz.234 started production in 1943. So it can’t land in Moscow because it’s low BR. They didn’t even fight in Stalingrad.
Also units, weapons and machines must have a BR assigned to the year of creation, and thus to the campaigns in which it can be used.

You only see t-34, tigers, stg44. And you forget about the BT-5, BT-7, T-26 that made up most of the Soviet armored corps.
