Now if you purchase an uniform which is present across multiple campaigns you have to purchase it yet again for each specific campaign. For the longest time I thought this was a bug but I recently came to know that this is an intended feature. If this is so please revert this change ASAP. It makes absolutely no sense and is completely counterproductive. The way in which customization is so costly as it is I can’t imagine how would a player be able to spend so many customization orders for a single set of outfit in-game.

It also effects appearance orders for the soldier face which is ridiculous even if I buy a face on certain campaign my soldier face I purchase under that campaign tab doesn’t show at all but the uniform shows. I agree with you they should remove this bad feature or do as many people suggested which give the options for certain seasons like winter etc tabs. I hope if they revert this badly design feature for soldier’s appearances they give us back our appearance orders for those that spent on same exact uniform to appear for certain campaigns which is literally a duplicate of one another

Not only this they have straight up deleted a certain version of the pea dot camo from Normandy. While replacing it with something else entirely. From what I know many of these customization related issues have been forwarded to the devs. But still as of right now we are waiting for a fix.
