Add voting before punishment, because sometimes it may be a contribution to the team, such as liberate players from misplaced rally point, or sometimes when saturated attack is necessary for really hard targets (e.g. tank, HMG).

People never care about checking minimap so you will be kicking people EVERY SINGLE MATCH due your stupid friendly fire idea, 3 kills is nothing, 9 bots are nothing single bombing run can kill even more people than that. So yeah have fun not just kicking but banning people for mass killing them unintentionally, in a year there will be nobody but bots in the game since 99% of players will get banned for unintentionally killing their team. This isnāt real life where commanders would tell their troops to wait till arty/bombing run going to finish people play Enlisted like cod, game is all about high score, actually people may run into friendly arty/bomb runs just to kick and ban them or just accidently do that (because bombing run take long time for planes to drop the bombs). I hope Darkflow would never ever listen to your suggestions, if they implement that iām quitting game for good.

Iām neither. HOWEVER, I have seen posts and comments from helpers and moderators saying EXACTLY what I told you.
I agree that a solution needs to be found. HOWEVER, complaining about the same thing over, and over again, and not introducing any new ideas that set your post apart from all the others does not fall under the category of āfinding a solutionā.
At that point, just jump on one of the other threads saying the exact same thing you are and voice your opinions there.
You and many others. Donāt get me wrong, I agree that there is an issue with teammates opening up with a flamethrower and roasting half of his friendly team.

Spamming White Phosphorous non-stop and killing his team

Molotovs torching entire squads and stopping teammates from being able to enter

When they use flamethrowers or molotovs to kill teammates just because the teammate isnāt playing in a way that THEY want them to. Examples like: using snipers, using engineers to set up the next objective in advance, using field guns or AAs, pretty much anything thats not sending cannon fodder directly at the objective blindly.

HOWEVER
Simply removing friendly fire damage is NOT a solution. That will make the game a whole lot more problematic, for reasons that myself and others have voiced repeatedly.
The better solution, which has also been suggested repeatedly, is to incur penalties on the players that use fire indiscriminately on teammates and enemies alike.
Things like:
- point loss (which personally I donāt think will help much.)
- removing their access to flame equipment for a set period of time.
- suspension from play for increasing periods of time.
These kinds of solutions will fix the issue without making flame weapons busted OP like what you are suggesting.

It will never work on a fast paced game like Enlisted itās not a HLL with huge maps and enemies appearing from all sides. People are impatient donāt care if they see enemy or friendly arty/bombers and just rush the objective. They have zero incentive to stop all that matters is score because score = xp. And what consequence going to have on friendly that gets killed by friendly arty? Nothing but a lost capture point while our friendly that tried his best to stop enemy team from advancing got punished by kicking him or even banning. People would leave the game or forget about arty/bombing runs all together, hell you will kill actual player controlled planes and rocket tanks. So American side would be completely deserted since they have to use planes since their tanks are almost worthless, and single run would result in killing not just enemies but friendlies = kick from server and a ban.
considering average IQ of player you are right. but still HE spam without FF gives team using it too much advantage. bombers and CAS on open map can decimate enemy team and just give 3 second concussion to your teammates.

Its fast paced precisely because of stuff like not having to worry about charging into friendly artillery, bombs or grenades.
The vast majority of players get less than 20 kills for a whole gameā¦doubt they will get 9 friendly kills without purposely doing it.
How many enemy players do you think you get with an arty strike? unless its an open point full of bots, enemy players generally just smart enough to know red circle is bad, move (you might get 2 or 3 bots)ā¦friendlies should already be doing it too because they cant tell what is and isnt enemy artillery as it is.
Wouldnt change the effectiveness of planes at all. Planes dont drop where friendlies are, theres more kills to be had where enemies spawn (and thats what most pilots are there forā¦farming xp)
It wouldnt hurt to slow it down a little, including nerfing rallies in some form.
