Currently, BR2 is almost unplayable—not to mention the early Type 100. The overpowered Type 2A is now on par with the Uragan SMG. Instead of mindlessly throwing a 1928A1 Thompson into BR2, the devs should consider a more suitable buff. Increasing the Owen Gun’s magazine capacity (33/99 is way too low), improving its horizontal recoil to make it controllable, and optimizing its sight visibility would be a much better choice.
Honestly, I wish I had one more magazine. (Large bag = 2)
I think 264, which is less than 320, is too wrong because one more bullet goes into the magazine.
The Dev’s just need to drop a 30 round 800+ ROF Thompson down to level one now to balance the Japanese Type 100. 
Or they can always buff the Sten and the M50 out to 850 while reducing the horizontal recoil of the M50 and giving it a 30 round magazine. 
Actually, there are some articles on the M50 which said it could come with an aftermarket 30 round magazine and some reports state a ROF of some between 750-850, so buffing the M50 would be a nice counter balance.
Basically, it’s better, it doesn’t have Uragan’s big weakness, which is high dispersion.
The developers shouldn’t have made these changes. Now both Type 2A and Type 100 will go to BR3 and the diversity in Japan’s BR1 and 2 will be completely gone.
No, we shouldn’t make things worse. We should just move the Type 100 and Type 2A to BR3.
But this is what the Dev’s excel at,
making things worse.
