Please add Asia/Ocenia server

I’m a Chinese player, I’ve been on the international service since the day of the free public beta, and normally no one would play on a Chinese server just for the lower latency. Just like WT, there is an Asian server and a Chinese version, which was closed last year because players were playing on the international servers

What? Personally, I am not against Asian server.

I understand because you had to start again.

But. It’s an option

How high is your ping in international servers?

I don’t understand this sentence, what are you trying to express?

Adamn trying to state there is already a enlisted game distributed in China. A standalone client with Chinese servers, maybe that’s why they don’t add Asia servers

It’s all speculation… Untill a dev answers…

in fact I think we do well。almost everyone would build a rallypoint。it is better than many players。

What about other Asian/Oceanian players?

Yes. Amazing Chinese players. Hard fights against them. Much fun

Sadly most spam stupid shit, but it’s part of the game

But how is the ping /latency for you guys?

I think it is about the same as other Asian/Oceanian players, probably around 200ping

too bad, most of us think ppsh41 is a bad weapon, because not every bullet will make a effect。

Buy a program called an accelerator, it’s basically a must for Chinese players playing foreign games (not that you can’t play without it, it reduces ping significantly), it costs very little and after using it my ping is probably between 100-200 on all three servers. Still can’t beat local players in hard fights, but it’s good enough for me to play normally. Also, any weapon with an RPM above 900 is the same as a stick for us, especially the SMG

A big part of the reason we don’t play the Chinese version is that the previous Chinese operator of World of Tanks had a falling out with Wargaming, resulting in Chinese players not getting any new content for several years, and I’m worried that this is happening with other games.

(And there are more players on the international service, so I can take it in stride when other players swear at me in a language I don’t understand)

you know how many indonesian, filipino, japanese, australian and taiwanese players there are?

it’s a fuckton

i’m not actually chinese. but the CN in my name has baited out many racially/historically charged insults from players i’ve pissed off. it’s pretty funny. I feel bad when people speak to me in chinese though, because i don’t understand it.

Just tell them you can’t read Chinese, the vast majority of Chinese players can communicate simply in English. Sometimes they use Chinese just to chat with friends they are teaming up with, and the lack of a dedicated squad channel within the game can indeed cause confusion.

Twelve?

To OP, people have been asking for 2 years or so, about a SEA server, never get a reply, and here we are 2 year later asking again, i give you a +1 for trying
And i vote for a SEA server, again

Do not worry. They plagiarize it:
Tarisland!

There is a “Chinese version” still not released. but even if it got released there willl still be no Chinese player play them. Why? Berlin is called as operation black, Nomand is called operation blue. No blood or borken body allowed. The payment element will be even worse then darkflow’s. And it is very likely that things got banned just for a thought of those high up in beijing

I didn’t even know this game existed until you told me, developed by some Tencent studio I’d never heard of, it does have an art style that looks a lot like WOW. other than that, there’s no more information on the worldview or gameplay, I don’t believe Tencent’s script writers can build a world like WOW, it’s barely being discussed on the Chinese internet, it just seems to be an attempt to hijack What little market was left before WOW returned to China (it happened once before, when NetEase was actually the second Chinese distributor for WOW)

Typical big company behaviour, I chose to play FF14

Tbh, they can copy or do a similar game to wow if they want, I won’t mind… Wow never was my thing, and Blizzard is sinking itself anyway.

If china makes it’s own wow and turns out to be a fun one, good for them :person_shrugging:
