This seems like a pretty obvious oversight, but I can’t find another thread that addresses it: Why are there still no animations for the vehicle driving/piloting UI? The steering wheel does not turn in the jeeps, the joystick doesn’t move in the planes… pretty sure the .50 cal on the Jumbo is firing over the player’s shoulder with no one manning it. These seem like very basic issues that should have been resolved by now. I remember in WT they had animations for piloting aircraft, why weren’t they ported over?
Further down the line, it would be very nice to have animations for entering and exiting vehicles, which would also affect gameplay - it’s pretty frustrating that I can work my butt off to set a Tiger tank on fire, only to have the crew bail out by magically appearing behind it, put out the fire and get back in, all without being exposed - but that can come after the basics.
