A little treat for the Germans! Pervitin! It’ll go in the same slot that a canteen would go in, it boost, speed, stamina, and respond time. Downsides? Maybe your screen and be a little distorted and some colors look weird, idk the effects of Pervitin. I think this would be a neat little detail in the game.
Increased heart rate, difficulty to breath and dizziness, paired with the adrenaline in battle and shellsock. That’d be the downsides in real life (I’m talking short term, long term is worst.) Pervitin didn’t gave them allucinations during use, that’d be more when they’d be trying to detox from it after prolonged use.
If Pervitin made them perform better in battle, I’d say it was due to the enhanced focus, combined with the inate fear of dying, more than anything. Something that can’t be replicated in a game. I wouldn’t even call it a boost. It’s not like they’d go berserk and not feel bullets ripping them apart. That’s not how pervitin worked. Increased awareness (for example, a sense of being in danger all the time), the body didn’t require eating as much or needing that much sleep, which proved to be helpful for pilots. The drawback was having to consume progressively more Pervitin.
So when a enemy shoots at them and misses, it should mark that enemy so they know where that enemy is, they would also lose say 25% of their health.
I never said it did, in my post, it doesn’t mention health, just speed, stamina, and reaction time.
Well, if the Dev’s are going to give the Soviets and only the Soviets body armor, then give the Germans the Pervitin. Let them use it and double their stamina. They used it during the war, so let them use it in Enlisted war. Why not.
You know I have to close this down because of the suggestion of drug use.
Don’t hate the messenger
Let’s not even go there.
