I know it was already mentioned above but I want to try to bring this topic back … in short … why don’t you add the Panzerschreck in Normandy? the allies have the Bazuka M1 and other better launchers … and the Axis has the boring Panzerfaust … in Berlin that is understood since there were shortages of resources and weapons and they wanted to lower costs … but why not in Normandy? as I understand they were used a lot in those battles … and I want one for Enlisted … I don’t think it’s that difficult to make one … in many online games like Hell let Lose or Post Scriptum are present … and Enlisted? if you worry about the balance. that only 2 or 3 rockets can be carried … and that it is not possible to recharge them in ammunition boxes … since I am sure that many will not like the idea but I do not care …
but it is not a panzerschreck … and they bored me in berlin … when they extended the normandy campaign I was looking forward to having it … but again the panserfaust … that made me very sad …
But if the allies already have very good antitanks … and if the balance bothers you then why don’t they give both factions the panserfaust? How did they do in Berlin with the Soviets?
We are talking about a game … more arcade than ever … and with all the changes that were made thanks to this forum … it is not precise at all … so why does my suggestion bother you so much ?? when I saw many worse …
The m9 bazooka, according to wikipedia, is a pretty powerful thing, which is quite close to the Panzer Shrek.
As for the bazooka m1, which is available now. I have not tried it, but maybe it has bugs, because in theory it is the best grenade launcher at the moment. And in practice maybe not (from what I hear.)
Wasn’t the Bazooka m1 or m9 created to counter the Panzerschreck? I hope they see my point … and I hope to see it in the upper levels of the Berlin campaign and not another ugly variant of another Pansefaust …
Other way around - the 'shrek was made because the Germans captured Bazookas.
They had been planning to introduce a low-recoil anti-tank gun firing HEAT in the form of the Puppchen, but when they examined Bazooka’s the realized the Puppchen warhead mated with some rockets and fired from a tube was even cheaper and less recoil than the Puppchen.
