they suck in CQC where if you go out to 50m then you’ll see the advantages of the axis SMGs but even then the axis smgs have better bullet conversation since they aren’t sneezing it out

If you ever played T-28/E, also played a lot on PZ4E/F1. Then you wouldnt say this.
T-28E is still pretty trash at armor. Still very easily be one shot killed by PZ4E/F1. And its turret cant self defend just because it can’t aim downwards!

when i use smgs i do almost always cqc, yeah they’re better from far away but their role is cqc.
It is the most balanced of them all. As for the smgs cqc Soviets will always win. German smgs outshine at mid to long range. Plus PPD and PPSh are like German MGs. You waste a lot of ammo so you need large ammo bag while with German smg squads you can bring more grenades really effective against PPD/PPSh squads at cqc.

yeah in every campaign axis has a slight advantage or a big one
now in moscow things are mostly blanced so no you dont need 80 mm of penetration with a good post pen for oht killing tanks, you need a brain and knowing where to shoot.
the only thing moscow need new better smg for the axis.
(im not counting tunisia, tunisia sucks)

If you don’t like how current German smgs work (including gold ones) I suggest making 3x sniper squad then. Trust me that mkb/stg will make Soviets to quit.
I find the 20 bullets beretta really goood, the mkb42h is ok but not replace an smg, maybe the mkb42w for assaulter in the game files can do the job 
which is only around the outside of the turret mantlet but the 4s can still cut through the turret at 100m

Pfff pz3b can do it in one shot 
assuming hitting straight on- so no angle or shell drop, which is pretty rare
I replaced berettas with all gold order weapons - Suomi, 2x mkb35/III and VMP 1926. I would use berettas if it was the same one from Normandy and Berlin 40 rounds instead of 20.

Currently without gold orders. Got that The Hyde Model 35 for allies in Normandy and I am in love with it and 2x ERMA. Too late man. I am always like that in every single f2p game.

at 100 meters with the more accurate combat distance beings somewhere between 50 and 75 meters
its still barely able to pen, meaning you have to very accurate and things such as the enemy moving or hull wobble cause issues
