These are all pretty reasonable and I especially agree with the hachimaki headbands, if available I’d be putting them on all my Japanese troops cus they just look cool. Personally my only additions to this would be the F4U(which I’m sure is coming anyway) along with the M2 carbine and M9 bazooka just cus they’re two of my favorite WW2 weapons and I’d like to use them in the pacific.

F4U Corsair is already in the game files (Which is why I didn’t include it.), If you watch DawgIVLife on YouTube he goes over all the Aircraft & Tanks in the files & showcases them as well, but I agree it would be a good competitor in the sky.

Why do we need this? This campaign is certainly not about Chinese Theatre. I think it will mainly focus on Pacific Ocean Areas and South West Pacific Area.

Why not.

Use your eye to read lol.

You’re assuming I have one eye?

I already give my explanation, but you still ask why not?

all ( were ) in the editor. before they removed them from the editor.

those are on the carrier :+1:

( ignore all the other stuff and dots, was for a guide about mods )
( wish to see them available for engineers though )

for the rest, sure, why not.

Appreciate it for pointing those out! I’ll find another suitable Japanese ground AA.

I think Type 95 25mm machine guns are suitable, but if you searching others here’s the list:

  • Hotchkiss 13mm twin AA autocannon / 保式十三粍双連高射機関砲
Japanese Hotchkiss M1929 machine gun. It will be good counterpart of Browning M2.
    image

  • Type 92 Vehicle-Mounted 13mm autocannon / 九三式車載十三粍機関砲
Main gun for Type 92 heavy armored car. It is possible to mount on tripod for AA purpose.

  • Type 98 AA autocannon / 九八式二十粍高射機関砲
Japanese 20mm caliber AA gun. Single mount.
Based upon Hotchkiss’s design and adopted in 1938. It was one of the most popular IJA’s field AA autocannon during WW2.

  • Type 98 AA autocannon (Special) / 九八式二十粍高射機関砲 (特)
Shipborne variant of Type 98 20mm AA gun for Army’s warships.

    image

  • Type 1 37mm AA autocannon / 一式三十七粍高射機関砲
Copy of Rheinmetall 37mm FlaK 36 AA gun. It was not mass-produced a lot because they decided to deploy copy of Bofors 40mm captured at Malaya.
    aka Sa-Ki.

  • Type 2 20mm AA autocannon / 二式二十粍高射機関砲
Improved variant of Type 98 20mm AA gun. Single mount.
Magazine changed from 20 rounds to 15 rounds and mount was improved.
    aka “Ke-Ki I” .

  • Type 2 Multiple 20mm AA autocannon / 二式多連二十粍高射機関砲
Six Type 2 20mm AA guns controlled by single fire control systems.
    aka “Ke-Ki II” .

  • Type 4 Tube-mount Twin 20mm AA autocannon / 四式基筒双連二十粍高射機関砲
Twin mount variant of Type 2 20mm for ground base or army’s ships on circular truncated cone shape mount.
    aka “So-Ki IV”.

  • Type 5 40mm AA autocannon / 五式四十粍高射機関砲
Copy of captured Bofors 40mm cannon. Only few guns were completed.

If you like navy:

Combine this with the unlimited transport requests and the recent bridge-buikding request and we might have something halfway viable.

This looks to be a more viable candidate.

Type 96 Model 1 - Used on land and in warships in single, double and triple mountings (also known as double 25 and triple 25). The single mount was free swinging, while double and triple mounts had hand-wheel traverse.

Agreed with the aussies just feels wrong to have the owen and no Australians maybe it’ll be a premium but i hope not also surprised theres no IJN forces

Just spotted this post, great post! I hope they gonna add all that stuff either with premium or f2p (wish it would be more this one),and with the new update I guess different types of AA will come soon and these ideas could really help devs pick which ones. Btw thanks again Frank for helping me with past post!
