If they are used correct they are serious threat, but any engineer squad that has IQ higher than 80 can deal with them.

Yet tanks wouldn’t still destroy things like bunkers and reinforced buildings.
Especially 20mm and 37mm rounds are weak as hell.
And you can’t shoot though buildings with AP rounds in current state of the game, it was possible before, but not now (

Get a plane or a tank and destroy an enemy tank camping in the grey zone. Even an engineer can do it by building an AT gun. Complaining over something that’s not even such big issue to deal with.

infinite, because not tanks are here at fault but rather game design, devs try to make as much action as possible, thus we have really small objectives, and what happens if you combine small objectives with tanks/planes? they either get super OP or they’re toy-alike.
I always say that it’s small objectives that are responsible for all these unnatural unrealistic nerfs we get. It’s meatgrinder, no alternate ways of attack/defend is what make this game nothing tactical.
I like much action in enlisted, its the reason i play it, but I wish they wouldn’t overdo it, because right now it’s the reason why everything feels so weird and weak.
The tanks are fine.
The AT canon are underpowered in some campaign, but it’s not a good time to make balance adjustment because the dev have already plane to make a campaign merging.
Then we will have lots of things to discuss I’m sure.
It has everything to do with tactics thought.
- You let a powerful canon casually get into position of your defensive cap zone.
Contrary to what many believes, to defend well a cap you must do more than just pop infantrymen getting their feet in. You must prevent them from reaching the cap in the first place.
- So as tactics goes… a simple engineer can almost always build some big AT canon to prevent enemy armour advance.
- Or a tank of your own.
- Or mines
- Or Czech hedgehogs
- Or dug ditches
- Or death pack ambushes
- Or AT rifle or bazooka from at guys
- Or bomber planes
- Or blinding smoke …
I mean what else you need? Some matchmaker that will make any powerful armour disappear from your starter loadup equipment because stuart sometimes meet tiger QQ?

They can sometimes pop incoming defenders, but only partially.
Even when I started playing 2 years ago, at lvl 1, I knew that big tanks were dangerous and actively put houses, hills or whatnot between us… then reached it’s flank and blew them off with my given free tnt.
I just think most players want it too easy and will complain whenever something best them.
It’s why… Enlisted needs PVE instead of changing everything.

I would love to see such situation. It could only mean he is spawn camping tanks. Because they are not so fast to get immediately to objective.

Not TO the cap zones (devs nerfed my light tank speed waaaay too much for that…)
Merely getting to a good position. Which is pretty much what tanks are supposed to do in the first place… getting their fat ass in a good spot and shoot away.
Sure powerful… if tank does get in place… but then it’s the defender’s job to take those out.
