Overpowered Russian on Battle of Berlin

For germans ammo is better in LMGs as you have bigger mag. Speed might be a bit problematic but personally I have no problem with it so I’ll leave it. Recoil is bigger than for SMGs but it’s still controllable even at mid ranges without a bipod if you burst fire. And good full auto controll isn’t that important as you kill somebody in 2-3 shots so all it takes is one longer tap at >5m.
If they hadn’t changed something since CBT, MG13 is an assault rifle. I would take it over any german SMG.

As I have said, 1/2 of CQC duels I participate involves MGs. That’s quite a lot for something that should be used at mid range.

It’s simple: russians won’t care at all as they have 71 round SMGs that are great, US won’t be affected at all in their current state, GE will be slightly nerfed as their SMG aren’t as good as russian ones so they can’t compensate.

Once again: I don’t see any reason why not to take LMG whenever possible.

And now change the roles: please explain me why LMGs should be good in CQC.

Yeah, Mg13 for example has a massive 25 round mag, the next gun after Mg13 has 20 and finally Mg34 which you unlock at end game has finally 50 ? Which has counterpart Dp27 that has insanely less ammo 47 if I recall.
Controllable ? Well its waste of ammo and that 25mag isnt exactly a massive one so your better off bursting with it which for one thing isnt something you would have to do with SMG.
Obviously as the Mp40 is quite shit in comparison to PPD40. Which yet again brings us to point earlier mentioned IF we nerf certain weapon(class) We have to take all the weapons in consideration.

Should we also nerf rifles, as majority of my encounters are against rifles?

Ah you should have just said nerf axis guns as your first sentence and I wouldnt have even bothered to try reason with you.

I see many, mobility, ammo capacity & recoil.

Why just lmg’s? Why not take it a step further and force rifles to use bayonets under ranges of 100m? Clearly rifles aint designed to CQC.

I burst with everything so it’s no difference for me.

That’s what happends when you focus too much on a single campaign.

Rifles already have downsides in CQC.

Nerfing axis is a side effect. We can always buff them later.

mobility - ok
ammo - mainly for russians
recoil - not a huge factor in hip fireing in CQC

I was also thinking about adding gun colision to the game. But it favours SMGs too much on the other hand, maybe only for some weapons?

I’m not foring you to any thing. I just want to discourage players from using MGs in CQC unleas there is no other choice.

They aren’t and most people will take SMGs over them. While choice MG vs SMG is a close call.

no, because there are so many reason that make to play axies unejoyable:
most of the time they have to defend (i mean ok, its like real war) but there should be options to make it more like 50/50, maybe to add more like operation barbossa or counter attacks like ardennen or bastogne
in germany we like to say “the drop that makes the barrel overflow” (like " The last straw that breaks the camel’s back")

jokes aside, i think mostly they didnt need to nerf or buff weapons, there are advantages and disadvantages, but thats normal…
in real life german had vey good LMG, also soviet had a high fire rate smg
play smart and use your advantage for you

as axies, hold the allies back, dont let them to close
as allies, try to flank, dont run through axies firing-line

there are so many other problems to fix

I had to stop playing the basic tank as axis because i get oneshot 80% of the times, meanwhile i hit their tanks 4 or 5 times and they are still moving like nothing happened. pathetic balance

My point is that MG advantages are bigger than disadvantages. All I want is to nerf MGs in CQC so they have a meaningful drawback.

When I see somebody clearing the whole building with MG it’s just feels not right.

i think, they have to fix all weapons in hip firing
more over, hip firing should be only with smg useable, all other weapons should be very unaccurate when using hip firing

I don’t have any problems with weapons I have.

I have problems with teams. They don’t protect points. They don’t build rally points. They’re not seeking for enemy ones, they’re not trying to kill tanks, they’re not spotting enemies.
German players are braindead almost every time.
Still, when they’re not, we’re usually winning.

maybe… maybeee, most of the time axies players arent real players?
i made the experience, most of the time, nearby every axies unit is a full bot unit, instead of maybe 2 people, who are real person but 2 players cannot really defend the whole game

Bots in Enlisted are programmed to at least try to control the points.

I mean, they’re doing more kills against full-player teams than bots would do.
I think they just misunderstood the point of Invasion. They’re still thinking it’s a deathmatch.

if they only stay right at the capture point, then most of the time they are bots…
in my experienmce, everytime i had 3-4 more real players, we had a really good game and were able to win (maybe lost the game with a few tickets less)
if we lost ahrdly i had mostly bots in my team, i am honest: in that moment i just go for kills because of the XP bcs i knew i cannot win the game against 3-4 real players
