I guess I just get lucky, because I almost never play games and end up thinking, “oh those people are cheating”.
What sorta exploits are you seeing the most?

Usually exploits above cheaters that are too obvious. Reoccuring main accounts that are always grouped with alternative accounts that are obviously burner accounts (the account activity for the alternatives is just so off and inconsistent). Players joining quarter to mid game, moles on my own team being used to spot all my rallies, artillery, tanks etc (the mole is always idle and gets few to no kills per game even AI get more than one single kill, every rally I build explodes shortly after). And of course I keep tabs on the accounts and they vanish as quickly as they appear with only a few reoccuring main accounts showing up again and again. And finally, using gear that they should not be in that lobbies Battle Rating.
I’ve also had some of these “players” message me to uninstall, tell me to harm myself, call it a skill issue etc AFTER they destroy my team, they go message me that AFTER THEY WIN without me even starting the convo… Seriously, it’s… Whatever… 
It’s really near impossible to tell if they are hardcore griefing or exploiting so it’s not worth overthinking. The solution is always the same, smoke grenades, smoke artillery, barbed wire, tank traps. I may not win, but I’ll make sure the steamroller gets stuck at every advance! And muh rallies and marking etc.

Good news, but still around today. Location finders, pinpoint bomb accuracy - reloading within seconds etc.

Jet accuracy and fast reload. Im possible to circel and bomb again so quickly, shooting through walls and knowing your location.

You do know you can aim bombs really well right?
Its easy to spam the scout button to find tanks so that might be your issue, a lot of it is just common sense, I mean I chuck grenades into rooms I think have enemies too.
As for Jets being a bomb train, yeah thats an ongoing issue, unless you mean as in, they are reloading in sub 30 seconds, in which case you need to post a video of that. (You can just find your replay of that one)
Its also worth mentioning latency can contribute to the illusion of getting shot though a wall.
Saying that it clearly is happening as we can see, though I dont know if it is actually that common.
