Hungarian and Romanians (among others) fought at or around Stalingrad so it would only make sense to have them in there.

maybe because, and hear me out since you seem kinda biased, variety is interesting and maybe people like having a challenge? or maybe because i’d rather have the Orita instead of another boring MP 28 or 34

That would be a good weapon for a possible Romanian premium or event squad in the (probably) upcoming Stalingrad campaign.
