I don’t have much luck with that lottery box. I’d rather pay for everything with a fixed amount of silver or maybe even gold!

That would heavily imply they read anything on this forum, the mods only pass shit to them once in a blue moon, doubt they even get a general report of what is asked for.

Who knows, maybe lottery boxes will give you the right to buy rare event squads using gold, I wouldn’t be surprised, since they removed the ingame BP shop…

Remember, give value and you will get monies…

The CM said he’s passing feedback from the forum to the developers, I wouldn’t doubt that… what yhey do with that feedback is a whole other thing.

Loot boxes shouldn’t be removed if they offer them with gold, f2p players should have a way to get them.

aye once in a blue moon, as I said

Well I’ve certainly had my fill of this event.

But to give some constructive feedback about it. I’m going to leave the negatives surrounding this whole event to everyone else here who’s been very vocal and honest about how a grand majority of us feel. But for myself I will just talk about the game mode itself.

Personally I enjoyed my first few games messing about with some new and silly weapons. Without fail I was always humoured by the “bonk” sound effect at the end of a game too.

For April fools the characters are all pretty silly and certainly carry that unserious vibe and the event feels unserious as it should.

The best map is definitely the little villa for how tight the map is and how chaotic it can become especially in the basement and kitchen areas.

But in saying this I do think there’s a handful of things that would have made it a lot better.

So to start, some music or some sort of soundtrack for the different maps would have really helped the ambiance and wildness of everyone running around. The soundscape can certainly become a bit dull especially on repeat games.

On the topic of running around; some of the maps allow for too much verticality which turns the game by the midway point into a rooftop camping simulator and the pace drops dramatically.

I think certain maps should have allowed for maybe 5 more players or so, to keep the the action up and for it to remain chaotic.

Additionally I think If the different soldiers and characters were more randomised as you progressed (from game to game for everyone, of course still in that instance progression would be equal of course for balance.) it would have at least added some variety on repeat games.

Every single character having American voicelines is also a bit odd considering there’s supposed to be a wide range of nationalities here.

And perhaps one of the biggest criticisms I can give is the kills to points ratio for the battlepass. 10 points per kill is extremely meager. I’ve completed the 1337 kills challenge and I’m only ⅔ through tier 6 of the battlepass. Please if it’s possible at all, for the sake of those that will grind this and pay for the pass, please reconsider the ratios. Increase it to at the very least 50 points or so.

the developers wiped their ass with all of our feedback about gold orders, so

i’m starting to realize that valkay was right.

this is a circus, and we are all clowns.

but some developers are bigger clowns than us believing them.

here, as a consolation, take this: :red_circle:

Better get rid of this rubbish event and give us a good event instead.

I’ve already heard a bit of news, but it’s not enough to get people excited.

What news?

So the change is 3k instead of 2k?
