Dude, last Zombie event was so much fun that we all agreed that more would be super appreciated.
Ppl literally cry about bloodstained guns and one dude in Samurai armor.
Is blood historically inaccurate? Are crazy Japanese dudes with Katanas inaccurate?
Its one soldier in a gimick event squad. Its a couple of event guns with just a couple of visuals.
You ppl are completely overreacting - and that comes from someone who likes to complain here quite alot

Yes it specifically is supposed to fit with this new event gamemode, how often will this be used? How many of us are gonna spend money on that BP?
That red Panzer IV was also part of last zombie event, ppl didnāt complain - what has changed?
I almost never complain. Only when I feel itās absolutely necessary to point out horribly wrong decision making (like the first economy changes draft)
Iām fine with the guns, but obviously not a fan. But the zombie tank, in a ww2 game ā¦ come on.
Itās also not only the content they adding to the main game in this event. Itās more about the prejudice and slippery slope. Thatās why ppl reacting. And thankfully our dev team actually listen to the community, why they now planning to introduce a filter.
And thatās a decision they made after peoples reaction.

Also there is a difference between one tank and 5+ skins and 4 heroes.

It didnt work for all 3 of us, it constantly said āwait some seconds for cooldownā (we waited 10 minutes)

Do I see correctly that I need to spend 120 Minutes a day in a āevent machtā to get the āEvent Passā missions done? If so, thatās just annoying to have āMissionsā I canāt even impact with good performance in the gameā¦

Yeah, I guess zombie skins are less ridiculous than anime skins because they arenāt pink so itās ok.
Sorry to dissapoint you but Iām a pessimist. I preffer to stop the potential threat before it emerges.

Its better to speak up before things get out of hand. Sorta reminds me of the āFirst they cameā poem.
My feelings were a little mixed, but more towards the slippery slope than the items here.
In anycase, with the filter added (after the comments), All is well.

Iām not taking a side here, I just want to point out that the red primer Panzer IV was 100% historically accurate.
The new tank for sale is really alt-historical.

The PZ IV was actually represented IRL in the late war period and it happened to fit the zombie theme.
This Sherman and these heroes and rifles are right out of Fortnite.

Please make a bug report with clogs then, would help to understand the issue.
I mean, technically true. But it looks like at a human was sacrificed to get enough blood to cover one of those guns. Sorry but my BS tolerance is not big enough for this. Though thatās just my taste.
Also as others have said, slippery slope. Thatās the main issue.

There really is more than ā meets ā the eyes.
Because people often forgets what doesnāt get trashed, allows to bring in the future. And such slippery slope can do nothing but worsen with times goes on.
And eventually used as an exscuses. ā we introduced X and no one said anything, how Y would be any different ā
Which you would then crazy people asking for Z and what not.

Itās not an hard concept.
Maybe people complains about them because they do care.
But, there a distinction to add for example, mechs as a game mode feature, or even just the zombie halftrack and Sherman skin, if weāre to be used in customs, mods or small events.
Completely the other to fit a skin that does not belong at all.
Because of people being quiet, or downplay itās actual signs and implication are part of the issue as well.
I, do not forsee a good future when we get this kind of c*ap opposed as getting more ww2 stuff.
Really makes you think about them making stuff in ā less time ā than to fix other thing, such as a plane tree camouflage.
