There was a time when this could easily have happened, but there was no playback feature back then.
I point to my near 5k mortar kills ，swear
I thought it wasn’t possible. Well, mortar is added to the list of equipment that can be used to shoot down a plane.
I wonder if artillery can shoot down a plane.

Happens regularly.
When I fly a plane, I hear artillery shells passing my plane, but once someone posted here a teamt that he got from artillery while flying an A-20.
Mortars = More effective than engineer constructed AA guns

Dude is so inconsiderate to fly into some ones mortar round like that.
Once I randomly shoot to hydroplane from 1911, and hit pilot.
But no replay.

Maybe that was me.
While flying, I have been hit by both friendly and enemy artillery as well.
I saw a plane being hit by a bomb from an enemy air raid bomber.
Never saw a mortar kill a plane before.
Indeed one in a million shot.
