NKVD guys are supposed to have ammo pouches and the satchel, minor change is the gun holster. But the ammo pouches are missing from their belts.
The Berlin soviets you posted also need ammo pouches on their belts. Except for the armored ones, as their would be clipping issues. Or they should go the extra mile and reposition where the pouches are for the armored troops.

@Keofox Sorry to tag, but we could some acknowledgement or explanation as to why these changes were done in the first place? No other modern WW2 shooter has soldiers running around in Pajamas. Soviets and some Germans in Moscow are the only ones that look somewhat right.
