They have some excellent music that I did not know about. So far, Russia and a few other countries have some of the best music I have heard, with the worst-sounding music I have heard being Ukrainian and Serbian. What the Ukrainians did to the beautiful melody of Njet Molotoff is nearly unforgivable. Matti Jurva rolls in his grave.

they could be brute forced into BR4 either alone or together with a Partisan-III soldier class, as the current partisans are level II soldiers. 71 rounds is too strong for BR3 and this weapon has already minimal damage, changing that or any other stats lower would make it lose its character. so just jamming it into br4 looks expedient.
there are more than enough weapons that could be given to americans/japs for their partisans, maybe captured drum thompsons for the japs (with some weaker stats to make it br4) and something cool & special for americans, maybe captured MKBs with a slower fire rate than the current MKB.
btw the german MKB could be easily downranked into BR4 my making it shoot a bit slower. atm its already faster than it was functioning most often irl.
