The drum is just alright like in real life since the saddle drum is just 75 rounds while just a single drum is 50 rounds which is ok. If you want to go beyond that, then belt only is best. In real life, the german assault mgs love the drum more since you don’t need to move carefully to avoid entangle the belt around your neck and it doesn’t jam that much unlike belt only. So yeah belt is best suitable for stationary positions with second guy guiding the belt into the chamber.
Still the german mains are bitching on soviets more than allies like “wuhy ppph41 boz on Br3???”

We complain because a lot of our mgs and smgs are subpar and inferior to weapons of Americans, Soviets and Japan. We literally have the worst smgs in the game at BR2 (MP40), at BR3 only event smgs can compete, at BR5 Kiraly is inferior, and BR3-5 lmgs are all mediocre due excessive rof and huge recoil so you are forced to use wonky half working bipods all the time while Stinger just by crouching can have amazing accuracy with insane rof, mag size and dmg.
I won’t even start talking about rifles and ARs since they are in same miserable state as the smgs/mgs. Currently Germany is the weakest nation in the game, and just having a few strong tanks won’t let you win the game against overwhelming advantage of other nations with on foot combat.
The M1919 started, first and foremost, as a MMG for infantry. The M1919A4 is what you see in most aircraft. The M1919A6 was an attempted modification of the M1919 to fill the LMG role. It’s essentially an almost mobile M1917 in its final form
Let me fix this it was modification to A4 variant which is the same variant that was used in plane so you can drop the act

So you telling me that modification of M1919A4 is not considered a modified plane MG well then MG-15 wasn’t used in aircrafts at all and type-100 was made for only ground use
I play all nations so i guess it’s yet another delusion. Germans having weaker gear is a fact, they only win matches because soviet players have iq of a goldfish.
