That is why I suggested this:
For Japan, Nerf Type 5 caliber and penetration because its a 45mm rocket launcher (aka early shitty gun) and instead buff Type 4 penetration to 180mm at least
Still doesnt change status quo.
And also weird that we can suddenly make up fantasy stats like every gun is a Fedorov or Type Hei.
Why not just make the M3A1 tank penetrate 20000mm at this point?
The 45mm is the caliber of the launcher, the diameter of the warhead is 80mm.
Well from infantry view, its great buff for end game AT rockets to penetrate greyzone tanks at good range at least.
Either the buffing AT rockets or wait for BR 4-5 AT canons
Or buff the M3A1 and make it a M1 Abraham.

M3A1 is pretty good tank for BR 1
