Too many mines, if all 9 men could carry 3 mines AND have time to set them up, it would be painful, its good that mines dont work right now, but its subject to change.
How do propose doing that?
The only way that I can think of is to set up mechanics that actually allow for defenses.
Too many grenades, if all 9 men carry 3 grenades AND have time to throw them (which takes significantly less time than to set up mines), it is painful.
i know that but i want to know if we are going to get 5 assaulters I, or 1 assaulter I squad if we grinded that, not if we can put them all in rotation.
They should just remove it or limit its number across the entire squad
Its not fun
The saber will end up in a warehouse in Germany. Like the Italian troops in Germany.
I don’t know, but rebalancing the game in such a way is something you simply cannot do.
Agreed, but understandable, walking across the mine fields just isnt fun, at least you as a defender have option to throw 3 grenades also, I mean, they could add mine pouches for engies only, but man noone likes to die off mines or get contused if not., AND you have an option to kill a guy who cookes his grenade, which will result in friendly fire for his squad members, rewarding.
Neither is trying to hold an objective when there is constant WP pouring in from all sides, or non-stop grenades coming through windows.
Speaking of them, how are able to buy new Itals and Brits?
Disagree, you should increase the rating exponentially the more grenade you carry but allow the freedom.
Each additional grenade maybe increase twice the rating as the previous
It’s a metagame defense. If you know the next point, then (I’m just giving an example) you can forget about protecting the current one. Your comrades are fighting and counting on you, but at this moment you are enthusiastically building a beautiful defense.
I would be offended by such an ally. I need an ammo crate here, on this point, not on that one.
In addition, if you have enough time, you can turn the point into a fortress. It hurts the balance.
Well, the pouch with mines will probably be the last solution before our players find me in the real world and make an elegant rug.
Which would get lowered to the ground in seconds by constant arti fire and bombing, noice
Small units of unique countries will be presented in their own window. They will be tied to the main nation, but for your convenience, we plan to give them their own place.
I can’t tell you more. I do not know exactly.
Hey gents it’s been a minute,
Perhaps I’ve misinterpreted the information from the dev blogs forgive me if so Ive been somewhat inactive on Enlisted and the forum recently, but how exactly will the merging progression tree function between the current campaigns?
USSR and Germany from Moscow and Berlin. Some equipment, firearms like the MP40 are universal that makes sense but for more unique and higher level unlocks how will the progression work? For example say a player logs on and wants to unlock the Tiger II or IS 2, do they progress through only the Berlin vehicle unlocks or will they need to progress through Moscow equipment aswell with the new merge?
Looking at this photo from one of the dev blogs we can see USSR equipment from Moscow how will the unlocks from Stalingrad and Berlin interact in this progression? Is it going to be a separate tab under that nations tech tree similar to War Thunder’s Army, Helicopters, Aviation… tabs and select whichever you’re looking to progress in?
If somebody could clarify for me I’d really appreciate that there’s alot of information to come back to after taking a break for a decent amount of time
Regardless of how the BR mechanism is implemented, in arcade mode, unlimited 8 Assault Squad or Flamethrower Squad Spam is always the best solution for the game.
Yes players love this thing, but you still plan to nerf fire and explosives, and you’ve tried to nerf these and other weapons many times in hopes of giving players more choice, voluntarily or forced. The end result is that most squads and weapons are rendered useless.
Only those players who are content with spamming gameplay are happy with this. Of course I don’t think it should take away their gaming experience.
For players who wants HA, Do this for a unique mode or mod editor.
Please complete the spawn cost mechanism once appeared in mech mode, allowing players to set respawn points for different squads in the custom mod room, so that all weapons can work in the same battlefield, and players can carry bolt-action rifles as low cost The basic squad, once he gets a higher score he can choose to deploy his fg422 squad, everything is regular. No weapon needs to be banned, all weapons will appear in battle conditionally.
This is not to prohibit them from practical weapons, but to induce them to use weapons of different levels, just like different stages in card games cost different points, and similar to RTS games where you build different units at different stages.
The current problem is that the current unfinished spawn cost mech cannot be effectively configured in the mod. We hope to set the different spwan scores for squads or weapons.
I strongly need such a mechanism, especially when players are spamming their tiger tanks with custom mods, yes players love their tiger tanks. So they use the best weapons possible.
But players also want to experience the Soviet Red Army driving a t-34 against tigers like the Battle of Kursk.
You can’t get an effective game experience when facing tigers like spam floods without such restriction.
Please correct me if I am wrong though on these though:
- its not uncommon for attackers to get to the next objective and begin capturing before defenders even have a chance to pull back.
- Some objectives just are not defendable in the way that they are designed. Meaning that no matter how hard you fight there, the attackers are still going to take it.
- Artillery strikes, tanks, aircraft bombs, rockets, etc are all capable of destroying most fortifications just with fragmentation of nearby blasts.
EDIT: Also, are there not engineers on other squads that can set up ammo boxes as well? We have teammates sitting in the back camping the greyzones with tanks, or teammates getting decimated when trying to push forward, yet one player as an engineer setting up the next area to make its defense a lot easier for you is a problem?
@1942786
.
Due to campaign merging, if I have 10 corps slots, can I use 4 Spitfire corps ( rank 1 from 4 campaigns) and 4 Spitfire corps (rank 2 from 4 campaigns) at the same time?
2.
I can understand that the developers may not want to compensate for the development of MP40 for 5 different campaigns.
But what about for the 5 divisions that have unlocked mp40 from 5 battles, 5 regiments with 5 completely duplicate mp40 conversion tech trees (yellow)! If it only takes a few hundred thousand battle experience to unlock mp40 for 5 campaigns, please tell us that 4 of the 5 corps wasted 7 levels of experience (4*7=28 levels). How should we compensate for this?
And of course the aircraft and tanks that were forced to develop duplicate yellow technology trees?

If the developers decide not to remove the soldier’s rank: rank1~rank4
Why not consider the soldier’s br?
Attacker 4 is far more capable than Attacker 1, and even with 0 skill support, the attribute value of Attacker 4 with only 1 has a huge advantage.
10 regiments with the maximum number of soldiers with all skills, even if they all use only the lowest level of weapons they will slaughter newcomers
Go back to War Thunder then and keep that shitty mechanic there. You love your spawn points so much when you don’t realize that the way that’s designed for vehicle combat games not an FPS game.
I’m grateful that you guys recognize this. I see this as a genuine “thank you for your support” and it’s much appreciated
Although… please consider granting, or selling, more than 10 slots per faction… OR make premium using their own dedicated slots. Some ppl (like me) have a ton of premium squads we want to use for fun… 10 slots only, is very limiting.
War Thunder doesn’t have weapons like infantry and other anti-tank guns
They are very different mechanics, if War Thunder would satisfy such game experience, I certainly wouldn’t stay here
And have you seen the BR weapon matching mechanism designed for infantry combat?
They’ve already made a few features for the April Fool’s Day event and just barely got there, why not finish what’s coming soon?
How do you do 10 T-34 tanks against 1 Tiger with infantry combat in the BR system if you want to achieve some sort of Kursk battle atmosphere? Is there a limit to the quantity? Isn’t quantity a spawn cost?
Do you think the World War II stuff is over in this game, and he’s about to enter the Cold War phase right? Do you know that there are a lot of WW2 things that haven’t been added to this game, and no other game has the potential to do it as well as Enlisted.
